“Bolt” is a private, invite‑only Discord bot run by Z3R0. Contact: contact@boltthebot.com.

What we collect

We store minimal data required to run the bot: Discord IDs (server, channel, user), usernames/nicknames, and content needed for features (e.g., XP counts, game economy, moderation logs).

We do not sell data and do not track users across sites.

Legal basis

Under UK/EU GDPR, we process data on the basis of legitimate interests to operate the bot in participating servers.

Retention & deletion

We keep data only as long as needed for bot features. You can request deletion via contact@boltthebot.com or your server admins.

Your rights

Users in the UK/EU may request access, correction, or deletion of their data.

Security

Access to bot data is restricted. Webhooks and secrets are stored server‑side.
